I bet your kids cannot resist to try a project where ice-cream is involved...
It's easy, too. All you need:
- Yogurt
- sugar
- food color (optional, but fun!)
- Some container to put the ice-cream in
There are special plastic tubes to make ice pops, but you can also use plastic cups or something similar.
Put the yogurt in a small bowl, add sugar and stir. Then add food color if you like. You can even try adding different colors and create some sort of pattern.
Then put everything into your ice pop container (or cup) and put it into the freezer.
Wait a couple of hours. Get it out again. Enjoy.

Yummy! Blue ice-cream!
Another way to make ice pops is to freeze fruit juice.
