what you need:
a box any size you like,
scissors, glue, colored paper,
wooden sticks where you fix different objects (like stars, planets, fighters) and make them move in the box
some lego star wars people (otherwise you can design your own in clay or Fimu)
a lot of ideas - if you want to play several scenes you can make more than one box :-)!
